1. Membership eligibility

Membership is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and older. By completing this form you confirm you are 18 or older. So Long Kush Cannabis Club reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. Members only — private club

So Long Kush is a private cannabis club operating within the legal framework of the Constitutional Court ruling (Minister of Justice v Prince, 2018). Access to club premises, events, and member benefits is exclusively available to active, paid-up members. Non-members may not be brought onto club premises without prior written consent from management.

3. Membership renewal

Membership is valid for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of activation. Members must renew every quarter to maintain active status and retain access to all club benefits. The club will notify members ahead of their renewal date via WhatsApp or SMS. Lapsed memberships lose all access until renewed.

4. Join fee & renewals

The promotional join fee of R50 is a once-off onboarding fee and is non-refundable. Quarterly renewal fees will be communicated to members and are due before the expiry of the current membership period. Failure to renew results in automatic suspension of membership privileges.

5. Personal use only

Cannabis accessed through the club is strictly for personal, private use only. Reselling, distributing, or supplying cannabis to non-members or third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership cancellation and referral to law enforcement.

6. Code of conduct

Members agree to behave respectfully toward fellow members and staff at all times. The club reserves the right to revoke membership for misconduct, harassment, or behaviour deemed detrimental to the club community, without refund of any fees.

7. Health & safety

Members acknowledge that cannabis use carries potential health risks. Consumption on club premises is at your own risk. The club strongly discourages use by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, and persons with a personal or family history of psychosis or schizophrenia. Never drive under the influence of cannabis.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for membership administration and is stored securely. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting club management via WhatsApp.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Eastern Cape.
